Original Sin

An original poem by writer, Timber Heard.

You were my original sin

I put you before God.

You were the apple in my Garden

That the serpent told me to eat.

You were the stone I slayed Abel with

One of the Legion that possessed me.

I’ve never been closer to hell’s gates

As when I met you, D. Gates.
